This staff article was created as a central area to hold useful IQ reports that should (probably) be added to new Systems. These IQ reports for new systems will be useful for any new system, and the IQ report can just be dragged/dropped onto the system to install.
If you feel there are other reports that would be useful, please add then to the table below, and attach the file to this article.

USEFUL IQ REPORTS
The following reports are attached to this article as *.zip files. Just find and download the relevant report(s) and then Drag/drop them into the new system onto the [I Query] page to install the reports.
Requirements Definitions Table |
Items: Names, Codes & Merge Info (Filename: IX_COMPLYNAM.zip)When RUN this report will produce a list of all the Compliance items (codes) created in the system, and show the 'Merge field' that can be added to documents or emails to pull-through bits of information. e.g. To pull in the Reference for the Right to work (RTW) you may need the field [[RQIN_QUAL_REF$(RTW)]] After the report has been run re-select the report to see the output. It can be exported to MS Excel using the icon in the toolbar above. |
Compliance items Order (Filename: IX_CMPLYORD.Zip )When RUN this report will give a list of all compliance items marked as "For Candidate" They will be sorted into GROUPs, and then into 'Sequence' order within this GROUP. (i.e. the order they will appear on the [Compliance] tab of a candidate) |
Dependent Item Check for XXX (Filename: IX_DEPITMCHK.Zip)When run this report will prompt for a compliance code. It will then list all other compliance codes upon which the chosen item is dependant. (i.e. You will not be able to tick the selected code as 'Complete' on a candidate until all the other items on which it is dependant have been completed and ticked.) Once the report has run, close the pop-up window and reselect the report to see the output. Example: If you have a compliance code called 'OKGB' entering this would list any other compliance items which must be ticked/completed before you can tick 'OKGB'. |
Mandatory Cmply for ROLE (Filename: IX_MANDCMPLY.Zip)When RUN this report will prompt for a ROLE code. It will then list all the compliance items which are Mandatory/Warnable for that ROLE. |
Candidates Table |
Candidate Birthday This Week (Filename: IX_BDAYTWK.zip)You should RUN the report to workbench. This report will give a list of candidates in the database with a birthday "This week" (i.e. during the week you run the report) The report assumes weeks start on Monday and end on Sunday. After report has run, close the popup window and reselect the report to see the output. It can be exported to Excel using the icon in the toolbar above. |
Count Cand by Enq Src (Filename: IX_CANDBYEN.zip)This report gives a total of the number of candidates from each Enq Source. After the report has run, close the pop-up window and reselect the report to see the output. |
Candidate Statuses in USE (Filename: IX_CANDSTATUSE.zip)You should RUN the report to workbench. This report will produce a list of the Candidate Statuses which are currently in use, and will give a count of the number of candidates currently at each status. After report has run, close the popup window and reselect the report to see the output. It can be exported to Excel using the icon in the toolbar above. |
Clients Table |
COUNT - Client by Bus.Type (Filename: IX_CLIBUSTY.zip)When RUN, this report will produce a list showing the number of clients assigned to each Business Type in the system. After the report has run, close the pop-up window and reselect the report to see the output. Results can be exported to MS Excel using the icon above, for further analysis. |
COUNT: Clients by Status (Filename: IX_CLIBYSTAT.zip)When RUN this report will produce a list showing the number of clients at each STATUS. After the report has run, close the pop-up window and reselect the report to see the output. The results can be exported to MS excel using the icon in the toolbar for further analysis. |
Vacancies Table |
COUNT Vacancies by Status (Filename: IX_VACBYST.zip)When RUN this report will produce a count of the number of vacancies at each status After the report has run, close the pop-up screen and reselect the report to see the output. The report can be exported to MS Excel using the icon in the toolbar above. |
Vacancy by Enq.Source :Summary (Filename: IX_VACBYENQS.zip)When RUN, the report will prompt for a date range. You should run the report to workbench. This report gives a summary of the number of Vacancies added to the database between two dates and shows the total from each Enquiry Source. The Enquiry Source looks at the drop-down at the top centre of the Vacancy record to analyse which enquiry source they came from. After report has run, close the popup window and reselect the report to see the output. It can be exported to Excel using the icon in the toolbar above. |
Calendar Markers |
Candidate AWR holiday Report (Filename: IX_CAND0010.zip)This report will list any Holidays which have been recorded and added to the candidate's calendar as "AWR Holiday" The report prompts the user for a start date/end date, and then displays any holidays within those dates. |
Candidate AWR Sickness Rpt (Filename: IX_CANDSICK.zip)When RUN this report will prompt for a date range. It then looks at the calendar markers for SICKNESS and lists any workers who have had SICK days added to their calendar in the chosen range. After the report has run, close the pop-up window and reselect the report to see the output. The report can be exported to MS Excel for further analysis using the icon in the toolbar above. |
